सरपंच व ग्रामसेवक ने गटका बीएडीपी का रुपया

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। सरपंच व ग्रामसेवक ने गटका बीएडीपी का रुपया, जिले की सीमा क्षेत्र की एक ग्राम पंचायत के तत्‍कालीन सरपंच व ग्रामसेवक पर सीमा क्षेत्र विकास परियोजना (बीएडीपी) की राशि का गबन करने का आरोप का मामला सामने आया है। सरपंच व ग्रामसेवक पर आरोप है कि उन्‍होंने योजना के तहत बगैर कोई निर्माण कार्य करवाये निर्माण के नाम पर छह लाख से अधिक रुपये डकार लिये हैं। गजनेर थाना पुलिस ने इस संबंध में खारीचारनान के सरपंच हरुराम तथा तत्‍कालीन ग्रामसेवक गोविन्‍द सिंह शेखावत के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

जानकारी के अनुसार ग्राम पंचायत खारी चारनान के वर्तमान ग्रामसेवक जसकरण सिंह राजपूत ने सोमवार की शाम को दर्ज मामले में गजनेर थाना पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी सरपंच व ग्रामसेवक ने वर्ष 2013-14 में पंचायत में सीमा क्षेत्र विकास परियोजना से गांव में निर्माण कार्य के लिये सेंक्‍सन 10 लाख रुपये में से बिना कोई निर्माण कार्य करवाये 6 लाख 7 हजार 498 रुपये का भुगतान बीकानेर में पूगल रोड स्थित  मैसर्स राज कान्‍ट्रेक्‍टर एण्‍ड सप्‍लायर्स को कर इस राशि का गबन कर लिया है।

सब इन्‍सपेक्‍टर अमर सिंह ने बताया कि ग्रामसेवक की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आरोपी सरपंच व ग्रामसेवक के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 व 120 बी के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की गई है।

According to the information, the present Gram Sevak of Gram Panchayat Khari Charanan, Jaskaran Singh Rajput told the Gajner police station in the case registered on Monday evening that the accused Sarpanch and Gram Sevak for construction work in the village from Border Area Development Project in Panchayat in the year 2013-14 Out of Rs. 10 lakh, Saxjan has embezzled this amount by paying Rs. 6 lakh 7 thousand 498 to M / s Raj Cantt and Andal Suppliers at Pugal Road in Bikaner.

Sub inspector Amar Singh said that based on the report of Gram Sevak, an investigation has been initiated against the accused Sarpanch and Gram Sevak by registering a case under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of the IPC.
