बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। दलित महिला से डेढ वर्ष तक किया दुष्क र्म, अब घर से निकाला, एक दलित महिला से लगातार दुष्कर्म करने, उसे जातिसूचक गालियां निकालने, उसके गहने छीनने, पीटने तथा अपमानित कर घर से निकालने का मामला सामने आया है। बीकानेर में एमपी कॉलोनी की निवासी पीडिता ने इस संबंध में नयाशहर थाना पुलिस को लिखित में अपनी रिपोर्ट देकर न्याय की गुहार लगाई है।
थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि इस मामले में पीडिता की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर मुक्ता प्रसाद नगर के सेक्टर 8 के निवासी नरेन्द्र सिंह राजपूत पुत्र मानसिंह के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है। पीडिता ने पुलिस को दी अपनी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि आरोपी नरेन्द्र सिंह उसे 1 जनवरी 2019 से लगातार अपने ही मकान के अंदर रखकर लगातार उसके साथ खोटा काम करता रहा।
बाद में उसे जातिसूचक गालियां निकालकर, पिटाई कर घायल कर व उसके गहने छीन कर पीडिता को घर से बेघर कर दिया। पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 341, 323, 382, 376-2-एन तथा एससी एसटी की धारा 3-1-आर-एस, 3-2-वी के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। मामले की जांच सीओ एससी-एसटी सेल दीपचंद कर रहे हैं।
Dalit woman raped for one and a half years, now expelled from home
Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). A case of persecution of a Dalit woman, taking out caste-based abuses, snatching her jewelry, beating and humiliating her was brought out of the house. The victim, a resident of MP Colony in Bikaner, has pleaded for justice in this regard by giving her a written report to the Nayashahar police station.
The police officer said that a case has been registered against Narendra Singh Rajput son Mansingh, resident of Sector 8 of Mukta Prasad Nagar, based on the report of the victim in this case. In her report to the police, the victim told that the accused Narendra Singh kept working inside her own house continuously from 1 January 2019, with her in a bad job. The victim was later made homeless by taking out racist abuses, beating her and injuring her and snatching her ornaments.
Police have registered a case against the accused under sections 341, 323, 382, 376-2-N of IPC and sections 3-1-R-S, 3-2-V of SC ST. CO SC-ST Cell Deepchand is investigating the case.
