बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। चार पेपर भाई दे गया, खुद परीक्षा देने पहुंचा तो मुन्नाभाई समझ पकडा गया, गंगाशहर थाना पुलिस ने भीनासर स्थित बांठिया स्कूल में सोमवार को दसवीं की परीक्षा दे रहे एक ऐसे असली परीक्षार्थी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है जिसे मुन्ना भाई समझ लिया गया जबकि वह खुद ही असली परीक्षार्थी था। इसका कारण यह रहा कि पिछले सारे चार पेपर इस असली परीक्षार्थी के भाई ने उसकी जगह दे दिये थे।
जब सोमवार को असली परीक्षार्थी खुद सामाजिक ज्ञान की परीक्षा देने पहुंचा तो पहले के उसके हस्ताक्षर मेल नहीं खाये। परीक्षा निरीक्षक ने इसकी शिकायत की तो मामला सामने आया कि यह परीक्षार्थी तो असली है मगर पहले जो चार पेपर इसे खुद ही देने थे वह उसका भाई दे गया।
बांठिया स्कूल भीनासर के परीक्षा केन्द्र अधीक्षक नागेन्द्र शर्मा ने जैसलमेर मूल के इस नाबालिग परीक्षार्थी के खिलाफ अब आईपीसी की धारा 419 तथा परीक्षा अधिनियम 1992 की धारा 3/6 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। थानाधिकारी अरविन्द भारदवाज ने बताया कि मामले की जांच सब इन्सपेक्टर भोलाराम को सौंपी गई है।

Gangashahar thana police station has registered a case against a real candidate appearing for Class X examination at Banthia School, Bhinasar, who was deemed to be MunnaBhai while he himself was the real candidate. The reason for this is that all the last four papers were given by the brother of this real candidate. When on Monday, the real candidate himself came to test the social knowledge, his earlier signatures did not match. When the examination inspector complained about this, the matter came to light that this candidate is real but the first four papers he had to give himself were given by his brother. Nantendra Sharma, Superintendent of Examination Center of Banthia Scootal Bhinasar, has now registered a case against this minor candidate of Jaisalmer origin under Section 419 of the IPC and Section 3/6 of the Examination Act 1992. Police officer Arvindak Bhardwaj said that investigation of the case has been handed over to Sub-Inspector Bholaram.
