गांधी कॉलोनी के सुरेन्‍द्र प्रजापत पर महिला की अस्‍मत व दौलत लूटने का आरोप

बीकानेर, (समाचार सेवा)। गांधी कॉलोनी के सुरेन्‍द्र प्रजापत पर महिला की अस्‍मत व दौलत लूटने का आरोप, व्‍यास कॉलोनी थाना पुलिस ने गांधी कॉलोनी निवासी सुरेन्‍द्र प्रजापत के खिलाफ एक महिला से जबरन दुष्‍कर्म करने, उसका अश्‍लील वीडियो बनाकर ब्‍लैकमेल करने तथा पीड़िता के लाखों रुपये, सोने चांदी के गहने तथा मोबाइल हड़पने के आरोप में मामला दर्ज किया है।

मंगलवार देर रात अदालती इस्‍तगासे से दर्ज इस मामले में पीड़िता ने पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी सुरेन्‍द्र प्रजापत पिछले छह वर्षों से उसके साथ दुष्‍कर्म करता रहा है। उसने अश्‍लील वीडियो सार्वजनिक कर देने का भय दिखाकर अब तक पीड़िता से 4 लाख रुपये हड़प लिये है। साथ ही आरोपी ने पीड़िता की एक सोने की चेन, एक चांदी की चेन, लॉकेट तथा एक सेमसंग का मोबाइल भी छीन लिया है।

पीड़िता ने पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी ने जब पहली बार उसकी बिना सहमति व बिना इच्‍छा के शारीरिक संबंध बनाये तब अश्‍लील वीडियो भी बना लिया था। बाद में उन्‍ही वीडियो को सार्वजनिक कर देने की धमकी देते हुए आरोपी पिछले छह वर्षों से उसके साथ दुष्‍कर्म करता रहा तथा ब्‍लैकमेल कर उसके रुपये, गहने हडप कर गया।

थानाधिकारी अरविन्‍द भारदवाज ने बताया कि आरोपी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 376, 384, 420 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की गई है।

In this case registered from the court late on Tuesday night, the victim told the police that accused Surendra Prajapat had been raping her for the last six years. He has so far grabbed Rs 4 lakh from the victim by showing the fear of making the pornographic video public. Along with this, the accused also snatched a gold chain, a silver chain, locket and a Samsung mobile from the victim.

The victim told the police that the accused had also made pornographic videos when the accused had sex for the first time without her consent and without desire. Later, threatening to make the same video public, the accused raped her for the last six years and blackmailed her and grabbed her money and jewellery.

SHO Arvind Bharadwaj said that a case has been registered against the accused under sections 376, 384, 420 of IPC and investigation has been started.
