बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। फोन पर की गंदी बात, 4 महिलाओं सहित 8 लोगों पर मामला दर्ज, एक महिला से फोन पर गंदी बातें करने तथा उससे मारपीट करने का मामला सामने आया है। पांचू थाना पुलिस ने इस मामले में पीडिता की शिकायत पर स्वरूपदेसर गांव के निवासी सात लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।
पीडिता ने पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपियों ने गत माह 19 जून को उससे फोन पर गंदी व अश्लील बातें की तथा बाद में उसकी पिटाई भी कर दी। थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि इस मामले में स्वरूपसर गांव के निवासी चार महिलाओं सेहित 8 लोगों पर मामला दर्ज किया है।
इनमें आरोपी मोडाराम, लालूराम, पाना देवी, इमरती देवी, गोदावरी देवी, उगमा देवी, सुगनाराम तथा रूपाराम के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 323, 341, 354, 354क, 382, 336 व 143 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। मामले की जांच हैड कांस्टेबल टीकूराम को सौंपी गई है।
Obscene talk on phone, 8 people including 4 women have been booked
Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). A case of talking to a woman on a phone and assaulting her has come up. The Panchu police station has registered a case against seven residents of Swarjupadesar village on the complaint of the victim in this case.
The victim told the police that the accused spoke obscenely on the phone to her on June 19 last month and later beat her up. The Thanadikari said that in this case, a case has been registered against 8 people, including four women, resident of Swarupasar village.
Among them, a case has been registered under sections 323, 341, 354, 354A, 382, 336 and 143 of IPC against the accused Modaram, Laluram, Pana Devi, Imarti Devi, Godavari Devi, Ugma Devi, Suganaram and Ruparam. The investigation of the case has been handed over to Head Constable TKuram.
