बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। युवती की फर्जी फेसबुक आईडी बनाकर पोस्ट की अश्लील फोटो, किये गंदे-गंदे कमेंट, एक युवती के नाम से उसकी फर्जी फेसबुक आईडी बनाकर उसमें अश्लीली तस्वीरें व भद़दे कमेंट करने का मामला सामने आया है। पीडिता के भाई ने इस संबंध में आरोपी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई के लिये पुलिस से मदद मांगी है।
नोखा थाना पुलिस ने इस मामले में नोखा थाना क्षेत्र के गांव सलुन्डिया के बिश्नोई परिवार की ओर से शुक्रवार रात को दर्ज कराये गए मामले में अज्ञात आरोपी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। पीडिता के भाई ने पुलिस को बताया कि अज्ञात आरोपी ने उसकी बहन की फर्जी फसेबुक आईडी बनाकर उसमें अश्लील तस्वीरें अपलोड कर दी हैं। साथ ही आरोपी ने इस फर्जी आईडी में गंदे-गंदे कमेंट कर रहा है।
थानाधिकारी अरविन्द सिंह शेखावत ने बताया कि स्त्री लज्जा के तहत दर्ज इस मामले में अज्ञात आरोपी के खिलाफ आईटी एक्ट की धारा 67 व 72 तथा आईपीसी की धारा 509 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। मामले की जांच की जा रही है।
Postage pornographic photos of a woman by making fake Facebook IDs, making dirty comments
Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). A fake Facebook ID in the name of a young woman has come to the notice of posting obscene pictures and speeches in it. The victim’s brother has sought help from the police for action against the accused in this regard.
Nokha police station has registered a case against unknown accused in the case filed on Friday night on behalf of Bishno.ai family of village Salundia of Nokha police station area. The victim’s brother told the police that the unidentified accused made fake Facebook ID of his sister and uploaded pornographic pictures in it.
Also, the accused is making dirty comments in this fake ID. Police officer Arvindi Singh Shekhawat said that a case has been registered under Section 67 and 72 of IT Act and Section 509 of IPC against unknown accused in this case registered under Strid Lajjas. The matter is under investigation.
