लॉकडाउन का उल्लघंन, पुस्तक विक्रेता उत्तम गहलोत गिरफ्तार

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। व्‍यास कॉलोनी थाना पुलिस ने लॉकडाउन का उल्‍लघंन करने के आरोप में अम्बेडरकर सर्किल के पास स्थित उत्तम पुस्तक केन्द्र के संचालक उत्तम गहलोत को गिरफ्तार किया है।

थानाधिकारी गोविन्दसिंह चारण ने बताया कि यह कार्रवाई मुखबीकर की सूचना पर की गई। आरोपी लॉकडाउन नियमों को उल्‍लघंन कर अम्बेडरकर सर्किल के पास उत्तम पुस्तक केन्द्र नाम की अपनी दुकान से पुस्‍तकें बेच रहा था। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस टीम में थानाधिकारी गोविन्दसिंह, पुलिस निरीक्षक बुधराम, कांस्टेबल कपिल व ड्राईवर झाबरमल शामिल रहे।

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि बिना अनुमति एवं पुख्ता उपायों के दुकान का संचालन करना, कोरोना महामारी के संक्रमण को फैलाने की कार्यवाही करना तथा पुलिस एवं प्रशासन द्वार महामारी नियन्त्रण के लिए किए जा रहे आपदा प्रबन्धन के प्रावधानों का जानबुझाकर उल्लंघन करने पर आरोपी उत्तम गहलोत को महामारी अधिनियम, आपदा प्रबन्धन अधिनियम के तहत गिरफ्तार किया गया। मामले की जांच उपनिरीक्षक आनन्द मिश्रा को सौंपी गई है।
