महिला की छाती पर हाथ रखकर लज्जा भंग की, मामला दर्ज

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। महिला की छाती पर हाथ रखकर लज्जा भंग की, मामला दर्ज, एक महिला से अभद्र व्‍यवहार करने तथा उसके वक्ष स्‍थल पर हाथ रखकर महिला की लज्‍जा भंग करना एक युवक को भारी पड गया है। पीडिता की शिकायत पर बीछवाल थाना पुलिस ने क्षेत्र निवासी मनीष के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

पीडिता ने मंगलवार देर शाम पुलिस को दी लिखित रिपोर्ट में बताया कि आरोपी मनीष ने इस वर्ष 12 जून को  उसके वक्ष स्‍थल पर हाथ रखकर उसकी लज्‍ज भंग की।

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि न्‍यायालय के आदेश के माध्‍यम से दर्ज इस मामले में आरोपी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 354-क के तहत मामला दर्ज  किया गया है। मामले की जांच सब इन्‍सपेक्‍टर गुरमेल सिंह को सौंपी गई है।

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). A young man has suffered heavily for behaving indecently with a woman and dissolving the shame of the woman by placing her hand on his breastplate. On the complaint of the victim, Bichwal Police Station has registered a case against Manish, a resident of the area.

In a written report to the police late Tuesday evening, the victim told that the accused Manish violated her shame on June 12 this year by placing her hand on her chest.

The Thanadikari said that a case under Section 354-A of the IPC has been registered against the accused in this case, registered by order of the Court of Justice. The investigation of the case has been handed over to Sub Inspector Gurmel Singh.
