बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। शादी का झांसा देकर ले गया होटल, किया रेप, कोटगेट थाना पुलिस ने एक युवती को शादी का झांसा देकर उससे दुष्‍कर्म करने के आरोप में एक व्‍यक्ति के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

पीड़िता ने गुरुवार 25 जून की रात को दर्ज मामले में पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी ने गत वर्ष 25 नवंबर को उससे शादी करने का वादा किया और उसे बीकानेर में रेलवे स्‍टेशन रोड पर स्थित एक होटल में ले गया।

पीड़िता ने बताया कि आरोपी ने होटल में उसे नशीला पदार्थ पिलाकर बेहोश कर दिया और बाद में उसके साथ दुष्‍कर्म किया। जांच अधिकारी एसआई शंकर लाल ने बताया कि इस मामले में पाबूबारी क्षेत्र में हरिजन बस्‍ती छोटी गुवाड के निवासी धर्मेन्‍द्र कुमार हरिजन पुत्र मगन चंद के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 376 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की गई है।

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). The Kotgate police station has registered a case against a woman for allegedly misbehaving with a woman.

In the case lodged on the night of Thursday 25 June, the victim told the police that the accused promised to marry her on 25 November last year and took her to a hotel on the railway station Shan Road in Bikaner.

The victim said that the accused made her unconscious after drugging her in the hotel and later misbehaved with her. Investigating officer SI Shankar Lal said that an investigation has been initiated in this case against Dharmendra Kumar Harijan son/of Magan Chand, resident of Harijan Basti Chhoti Guad in Pabubari area under Section 376 of IPC.
