रात को शौच के लिये निकली नाबालिगा का अपहरण, दुष्कर्म

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। रात को शौच के लिये निकली नाबालिगा पीडिता का अपहरण, दुष्कर्म, अपने घर से रात के समय में शौच के लिये निकली एक नाबालिगा को दो लोग अपनी गाडी में बिठा कर ले गए।

उसके साथ दुष्‍कर्म किया। महाजन थाना पुलिस ने इस मामले में लूणकरनसर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव मळकीसर निवासी आरोपियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। महजन में वार्ड छह रामबास निवासी पीडिता के परिजनों के अनुसार आरोपी हडमान गुसाई, हेतराम गुसाई रात 10 बजे पीडिता को अपने साथ गाडी में बिठाकर ले गए। उस समय रात दस बजे व घर से बाहर शौच के लिये निकली थी।

थानाधिकारी ईश्‍वर सिंह ने बताया कि इस मामले में आरोपियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 363, 366ए, 376(1) तथा पोक्‍सो एक्‍ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि मामले की जांच की जा रही है।

Police officer Ishwar Singh said that a case has been registered against the accused in this case under sections 363, 366A, 376 (1) of the IPC and the Poxo Acte. The officer told that the matter is being investigated.
