सैन्ट्रल जेल का कैदी डिप्टी सिंह पुत्र जिला सिंह पेरोल से फरार

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। सैन्ट्र ल जेल का कैदी डिप्टी सिंह पुत्र जिला सिंह पेरोल से फरार, बीकानेर केन्‍द्रीय जेल में सजा काट रहा एक और कैदी पेरोल अवधि पूरी होने पर भी तय समय पर जेल नहीं लौटा है। जेल प्रशासन ने अब इस कैदी को फरार मानते हुए उसके खिलाफ बीछवाल थाने में मामला दर्ज कराया है।

बीकानेर की केन्‍द्रीय जेल में प्रहरी धर्मपाल बिश्‍नोई ने पुलिस को बताया कि जेल में सजा काट रहा पंजाब प्रदेश में संगरूर जिले के पुलिस थाना मूनक का निवासी डिप्‍टी सिंह पुत्र जिला सिंह इस वर्ष 28 मार्च से जेल से फरार है। आरोपी पेरोल अवधि समाप्‍त होने के बाद अब तक भी जेल नहीं लौटा है।

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि आरोपी कैदी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 120 बी, तथा बंदी अधिनियक की धारा 11-2-ख के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। मामले की जांच हैडकांस्‍टेबल किशन सिंह को सौंपी गई है। 

एक और कैदी फरार

प्रहरी धर्मपाल बिश्‍नोई ने बताया कि जेल से एक और कैदी हरियाणा प्रदेश में चरखी दादरी जिले के मन्‍दोला पुलिस थाना क्षेत्र का निवासी अमित खाती पुत्र श्रीगोपाल भी 30 मार्च से फरार है। आरोपी पेरोल पर गया हुआ था, तय समय पर वापस जेल नहीं लौटा है।

Deputy Singh son of District Singh Inmate parole escaped from Central Jail

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). Another prisoner serving a sentence in the Bikaner Central Jail, has not returned to jail on time even after the completion of the parole period.

The jail administration has now registered a case against him in Bichwal police station, considering him as an absconder. In the Central Jail of Bikaner, the sentinel Dharampal Bishnorai told the police that Deputy Singh Son Jilla Singh, a resident of Moonak, a police station in Sangrur district, Punjab, who is serving a sentence, is absconding from the jail since March 28 this year. The accused has not returned to jail even after the parole period ends.

The police officer said that a case has been registered against the accused prisoner under Section 120-B of the IPC and Section 11-2-B of the detention act. The investigation of the case has been entrusted to the head constable Kishan Singh.

Another prisoner escaped

Prahar Dharampal Bishnoi said that another prisoner from jail Amit Khati son Srigopal, resident of Mandola police station area of Charkhi Dadri district in Haryana state, is also absconding since March 30. The accused went on parole, has not returned to jail on time.
