बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। फेमस ब्रांड पैक में बेचा नकली भुजिया, मामला दर्ज, नोखा थाना पुलिस ने एक फेमस ब्रांड भुजिया कंपनी के पैक में नकली भुजिया भरकर बेचने व कॉपीराइट एक्ट का उल्लंघन करने के आरोप में एक व्यक्ति के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

इस संबंध में श्रीगंगानगर में जोहारनगर के 5/16 निवासी भूपेन्द्र सिंह जटसिख पुत्र सुलखान सिंह ने पुलिस को दी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि आरोपी नोखा निवासी ओमप्रकाश पुत्र गोकुलराम ने उसे बीकाजी कंपनी के पैक में अपना नकली भुजिया भर कर उसे बेचा है। 

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि नोखा निवासी आरोपी ओमप्रकाश पुत्र गोकुल राम नोखा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में अपने खुद के कारखाने में भुजिया बनाता है और उसे फेमस कंपनी के पाउच में भरकर बेचता है। परिवादी को उसने बीकाजी फूडस इन्टरनेशनल लिमिटेड के नाम के पाउच में अपनी नकली भुजिया डालकर बेचा है।

उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपी ओमप्रकाश के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 420, 467, 468, 472, 476, व 63 कॉपीराइट एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। मामले की जांच सब इन्सपेक्टर राजेन्द्र कुमार को सौंपी गई है।

Fake Bhujia sold in famous brand pack, case registered

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). Nokha police station has registered a case against a person for selling fake Bhujia in the pack of a famous brand Bhujia company and violating the Copyright Act.

In this regard, Bhupendra Singh Jatsikh son Sulkhan Singh, 5/16 resident of Joharanagar in Sriganganagar told in a report to the police that the accused Nokha resident Omprakash son Gokulram sold him his fake bhujia in the pack of Bikaji Company and sold it to him.

The officer said that Nokha resident accused Omprakash son Gokul Ram makes bhujia in his own factory in Nokha industrial area and sells it in the pouch of the famous company. He has sold the counterparty by putting his fake arms in the pouch named Bikaji Foods International Limited.

He said that a case has been registered against the accused Omprakash under sections 420, 467, 468, 472, 476, and 63 Copyright Act of IPC. The investigation of the case has been submitted to Sub Inspector Rajendra Kumar.
