बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। महिला कार्मिक को अपने साथ सोने के लिये कहता है ये मैनेजर, ये ऐसा मैनेजर है जो अपने साथ काम करने वाली दलित महिला कार्मिक किये गए काम का वेतन मांगती है तो यह मैनेजर उस महिला कार्मिक को अपने साथ सोने के लिये कहता है।

स्‍थानीय सदर थाना पुलिस ने अब इस मैनेजर विभोर गुप्‍ता के खिलाफ भारतीय दं‍ड संहिता तथा एससी/एसटी एक्ट 1989 संशोधन अधिनियम की विभिन्‍न धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। इस मामले में परिवादिया ने शनिवार की शाम पुलिस को दी अपनी लिखित रिपोर्ट में बताया कि पीबीएम अस्‍पताल में सुरक्षा व्‍यवस्‍था देखने वाली आरमौर सिक्‍युरिटी इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड की कर्मचारी है।

इस कंपनी ने अब तक उसके काम करने का वेतन नहीं दिया है। परिवादिया ने बताया कि अपने वेतन के संबंध में जब इसने आरमौर सिक्‍युरिटी इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड पीबीएम अस्‍पताल के मैनेजर विभोर गुप्‍ता से अपने वेतन की मांग की तो गुप्‍ता ने उसे काम का वेतन नहीं दिया। बार-बार वेतन का भुगतान किए जाने के बाद आरोपी विभोर गुप्‍ता उसे शारीरिक संबंध बनाने के लिये कहता रहता है।

परिवादिया के अनुसार आरोपी ने अब तक भी उसको उसके दवारा किए गए काम का वेतन नहीं दिया गया है। थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि आरोपी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है। सीओ सदर इस मामले की जांच करेंगे।

After repeated salary payments, accused Vibhor Gupta keeps asking him to have a physical relationship.

According to the complainant, till now the accused has not been paid the salary of the work done by him. The police officer said that a case has been registered against the accused. CO Sadar will investigate the matter.
