नाबालिगा से दुष्‍कर्म- सह आरोपी चन्‍द्रभान भी गिरफतार

बीकानेर, (समाचार सेवा)। नाबालिगा से दुष्‍कर्म- सह आरोपी चन्‍द्रभान भी गिरफतार, दंतौर थाना पुलिस ने बलात्‍कार व पोक्‍सो एकट की धाराओं में सह आरोपित चक7पीआरएम निवासी 25 वर्षीय चन्‍द्रभान कुम्‍हार पुत्र मोहनराम को शुक्रवार को गिरफ्तार किया है।

थानाधिकारी चन्‍द्रभान ने बताया कि इस मामले के मुख्‍य आरोपी मनदीप सिंह पुत्र आजाद सिंह को पूर्व में ही गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है।

उन्‍होंने बताया कि गत माह 3 मई को एक परिवादी ने पुलिस को रिपोर्ट की थी कि उसकी 16 साल की नाबालिग लडकी सोमवार रविवार 2 मई की रात को कहीं चली गई। जांच के दौरान मिली बालिका ने पुलिस पूछताछ में बताया था कि आरोपी मनदीप ने दो महीने पहले उससे रेप किया था। जांच में पता चला कि बालिका के पास जो मोबाइल सिम मिला है,

वह सह आरोपित चन्‍द्रभान के नाम से खरीदा गया। चन्‍द्रभान ने इस सिम को मुख्‍य आरोपी मनदीप को सौंपा। मनदीप ने इसी सिम को पीडिता को देकर उससे बातचीत शुरू की और पीडित नाबालिगा को मोबाइल फोन से बात कर बहला-फुसलाकर उससे दुष्‍कर्म किया।

इस प्रकार सह आरोपी चन्‍द्रभान ने दुष्‍प्रेरणा की भावना से मुख्‍य आरोपी का सहयोग किया। दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ बलात्‍कार व पोक्‍सो एकट की धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर जांच की जा रही है।

Rape with minor – co-accused Chandrabhan also arrested

SHO Chandrabhan said that the main accused in this case, Mandeep Singh son Azad Singh, has already been arrested.

He told that on May 3 last month, a complainant had reported to the police that his 16-year-old minor girl had gone somewhere on the night of Monday, Sunday, May 2. The girl found during the investigation had told in the police interrogation that accused Mandeep had raped her two months ago. It was bought in the name of co-accused Chandrabhan. Chandrabhan handed over this SIM to the main accused Mandeep. Mandeep started a conversation with the victim by giving this SIM to the victim and raped the victim minor by luring her by talking to the mobile phone.

In this way co-accused Chandra Bhan cooperated with the main accused in the spirit of aspiration. A case is being registered against both the accused under the sections of rape and POCSO Act and investigation is being done.
