नाबालिग से बलात्कार का प्रयास, छह लोगों पर मामला दर्ज

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। नाबालिग से बलात्कार का प्रयास, छह लोगों पर मामला दर्ज, व्‍यास कॉलोनी थाना पुलिस ने वाल्‍मीकि बस्‍ती में एक नाबालिग बच्‍ची का बलात्‍कार करने के प्रयास के आरोप में छह लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि पीडिता की मां की ओर से दर्ज मामले में पुलिस ने बंटी कंडारा पुत्र प्रकाश कंडारा, गणेश तेजी पुत्र शिवलाल तेजी,  रितिक लोहिया पुत्र कैलाश लोहिया,  प्रकाश चांगरा,  अजय तेजी पुत्र किशन तेजी  व एक अन्‍य के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

पीडिता ने शनिवार 11 जुलाई को दोपहर बाद दर्ज इस मामले में पुलिस को बताया है कि आरोपियों ने गत माह 21 जून को तडके 3.40 बजे उसके घर आकर उसकी नाबालिग बच्‍ची के साथ जबरन बलात्‍कार करने की कौशिश की।

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा धारा 450, 376, व 5एल/6 पोक्‍सो एक्‍ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। उन्‍होंने बताया कि मामले की जांच पुलिस उप अधीक्षक एसआईयूसीएडब्‍ल्‍यू ओनाड सिंह आरपीएस करेंगे।

Attempt to rape a minor, case filed against six people

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). VyaS Colony Police Station has registered a case against six people for attempting to rape a minor girl in Valmie Basti.

The police officer said that in the case registered on behalf of the victim’s mother, the police has registered a case against Bunty Kandara son Prakash Kandara, Ganesh Teji son Shivlal Teji, Hrithik Lohia son Kailash Lohia, Prakash Changra, Ajay Teji son Kishan Teji and another .

The victim has told the police in this case, recorded after noon on Saturday 11 July, that the accused came to her house on 21 June last month and tried to forcibly rape her minor girl.

The police officer said that a case has been registered against the accused under sections 450, 376, and 5L / 6Poxo Actakh of IPC. He told that Deputy Superintendent of Police SIUCW and Onad Singh RPS will investigate the case.
