बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। नाबालिगा को बहला कर ले गया, दुष्कर्म किया, पीटा, एक नाबालिगा को बहला फुसलाकर अपने साथ ले जाने, उससे दुष्‍कर्म व मारपीट करने का मामला सामने आया है। दंतौर थाना पुलिस ने इस मामले में पीडिता की रिपोर्ट पर एक व्‍यकित के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

पीडिता ने पुलिस को बताया कि दंतौर थाना क्षेत्र में 17केएचएम निवासी कालूराम जाट पुत्र रामकुमार उसे गत माह 17 जून को देर रात 2.30 बजे बहला फुसला कर अपने साथ ले गया। आरोपी ने उससे दुष्‍कर्म किया तथा विरोध करने पर मारपीट की।

थानाधिकारी चन्‍द्रभान ने बताया कि इस मामले में आरोपी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 376-2-एन, 363, 366-क, 341, 323, 342 तथा पोक्‍सो एक्‍ट की धारा ¾ के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। जांच जारी है।
