पूरे परिवार को जान से मारने की धमकी दी, मामला दर्ज

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। पूरे परिवार को जान से मारने की धमकी दी, मामला दर्ज, कोटगेट थाना पुलिस ने एक परिवार को जान से मारने की धमकी देने के आरोप में क्षेत्र पठानों का मोहल्‍ला निवासी ताहिर पठान, राजा पठान, आहाना पठान व ताहिर सहित चार-पांच अन्‍य लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

जानकारी के अनुसार धोबीतलाई गली नंबर 12 की निवासी आमीना पुत्री अख्‍तर अली उम्र 24 ने रविवार दोपहर बाद कोटगेट थाने में उपस्थित होकर पुलिस को लिखित रिपोर्ट बताया कि आरोपियों ने शुक्रवार 10 जुलाई को उसे व उसके परिवार की पिटाई की तथा जान से मार देने की धमकी दी।

पीडिता ने इस संबंध में आरोपियों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का आग्रह किया। थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 323, 341, 504 व 143 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। मामले की जांच एसआई शंकरलाल को सौंपी गई है।

 Threatened to kill entire family, case registered

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). Kotgate police station has registered a case against four-five others including Tahir Pathan, Raja Pathan, Ahana Pathan and Tahir, residents of Mohalla of the area Pathans, for threatening to kill a family.

According to the information, Amina daughter Akhtadar Ali age 24, resident of Dhobitalai street number 12, appeared in Kotgate police station after Sunday afternoon and told a written report to the police that the accused beat her and her family on Friday July 10 and threatened to kill her Granted.

The victim requested legal action against the accused in this regard. The officer said that a case has been registered against the accused under sections 323, 341, 504 and 143 of the IPC. The investigation of the case has been submitted to SI Shankarlal.
