एमजीएसयू की परीक्षा को स्थगित रखने की मांग

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)।  बेसिक पी. जी. कॉलेज के पूर्व छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष छात्रनेता दिनेश ओझा ने राज्यपाल कलराज मिश्र को ई-मेल भेजकर एमजीएसयू विश्वविद्यालय की परीक्षाओं को स्‍थगित करने की मांग की है। ओझा ने कहा कि कोरोना की विकट परिस्थिति में विवि की परीक्षायें स्थगित ही रखना चाहिये।

ओझा ने कहा कि परीक्षा अवधि में शहरी व ग्रामीण छात्र-छात्राओं के रहने के लिये छात्रावास, किराये के कमरों, आने जाने के लिये साधन, संसाधन, भोजन की भी आवश्यकता होगी और यह सब अभी सम्भव नहीं है।

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)।  Basic PG The college’s alumni union president, student leader Dinesh Ojha, has sent an e-mail to Governor Kalraj Mishra demanding suspension of MGSU University examinations. Ojha said that in the critical situation of Corona, examinations of the university should be postponed.

Ojha said that hostel, rental rooms, means of travel, resources, food will also be required for urban and rural students to stay in the exam period and all this is not possible.

मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने लॉकडाउन के दौरान लोगों पास जारी करने की व्यवस्था को अधिक सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए कहा है। इसके अनुसारराजस्‍थान में अंतर जिला एवं जिले के अंदर अनुमत गतिविधियों हेतु आवागमन के लिए किसी पास की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। कर्फ्यू वाले क्षेत्रों में यह छूट नहीं मिलेगी। दूसरे राज्यों में स्वयं के वाहनों से जाने वाले लोगों को जिला कलेक्टर, पुलिस अधीक्षक, उपखण्ड अधिकारी, पुलिस उप अधीक्षक, तहसीलदार, आरटीओ, डीटीओ, एसएचओ पास जारी कर सकेंगे।

साथ ही, जिला उद्योग अधिकारी, एसई माइनिंग, महाप्रबंधक डीआईसी, रीको के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी एवं अन्य जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी अपने विभाग से जुड़ी गतिविधियों के लिए पास जारी कर सकेंगे। इन सभी अधिकारियों को जारी किए गए पासों की जानकारी प्रतिदिन जिला कलेक्टर को देनी होगी। दूसरे राज्यों में बस एवं ट्रेन से यात्रा के लिए जिला कलेक्टर पास जारी कर सकेंगे। कर्फ्यू एरिया के लिए केवल जिला कलेक्टर ही पास जारी कर सकेंगे। अन्य प्रदेशों से राजस्थान आने वालों के लिए संबंधित राज्य द्वारा जारी पास मान्य होगा।

यदि वह राज्य राजस्थान की एनओसी मांगता है, तो संबंधित जिला कलेक्टर एनओसी जारी कर सकेंगे। अगर किसी अधिकारी से दूरभाष सम्पर्क नहीं हो पाता है, तो लोग स्टेट वार रूम नंबर 181 पर सम्पर्क कर सकते हैं। दूसरे राज्यों से राजस्थान आने वाले लोगों के लिए 14 दिन का क्वारेंटीन अनिवार्य होगा।

This exemption will not be available in curfew areas. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has asked to make the system of issuing people passes more convenient during lockdown.

According to this, no pass will be required for movement in the inter district and for the permitted activities within the district. This exemption will not be available in curfew areas. District collectors, Superintendents of Police, Sub-Divisional Officers, Deputy Superintendents of Police, Tehsildars, RTOs, DTOs, SHOs will be able to issue passes to people going on their own vehicles in other states. Also, District Industries Officer, SE Mining, General Manager DIC, District level officer of RICO and other district level officers will be able to issue passes for activities related to their department. All these officers will have to inform the district collector daily about the passes issued.

District collectors will be able to issue passes for traveling by bus and train in other states. Only district collectors will be able to issue passes for the curfew area. For those coming to Rajasthan from other states, the pass issued by the respective state will be valid. If that state asks for NOC of Rajasthan, the concerned district collector will be able to issue NOC. If an officer is unable to contact the telephone, then people can contact the state war room number 181. A 14-day quarantine will be mandatory for people coming to Rajasthan from other states.

बीकानेर (समाचार सेवा)। अमन व शांत शहर के  रूप में नजीर दिए जाने वाले  बीकानेर शहर मैं बर्थडे गैंग धीरे धीरे पूरे शहर को  अपने आतंक में जकड़ रहा है । शहर में इन दिनों युवाओं में बीच रास्तों पर अपना जन्मदिन मनाने का  शगल जोरों पर है। हालांकि पुलिस इस सब हुडदंग से अपने को बेखबर बता रही है।

दरअसल आए दिन 20 से 30 दोपहिया वाहन जिनमें खासकर बुलेट जिसके साइलेंसरों से पटाखों की आवाज निकालते हुए ये युवा कॉलोनियों में तेज गति से गाडिय़ां दौड़ाते हैं। फिर किसी पूर्व निर्धारित स्थान पर इनका जमावड़ा होता है जहां तथाकथित बर्थडे बॉय को केक से भर दिया जाता है उसके ऊपर शीतल पेय या बीयर की बोतलें उड़ेली जाती है।  युवाओं के इस जश्न में  कोई आपत्ति करता है तो उससे यह लोग मारपीट पर उतारू हो जाते हैं।

लोगो का मानना है कि देर रात तक होने वाले अपराधों में भी इनकी भूमिका रहती है। ये लोग किसी कॉलोनी में रात 12 बजे गाडिय़ों का लवाजमा और ढोलक लेकर ये लोग पहुंचते हैं और जिसका बर्थडे है उसी के घर के सामने नाचने लगते हैं। आसपास के निवासियों की नींद में खलल हो या घरों में कोई बीमार इन्हें इससे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। कोई विरोध करे तो मारपीट पर उतारू हो जाते हैं। इनके इस हुड़दंग से  जस्सूसर गेट के अंदर, जेल रोड ,कोटगेट, व्यास कॉलोनी व पंचशती सर्किल के लोग बहुत परेशान हैं ।

रास्ते पर चल रहे इस जश्न के दौरान  वहां से महिलाओं व भले मानुषो का निकलना दूभर हो जाता है । एक ओर  पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अफसर थाना प्रभारियों को गुंडे-बदमाशों पर नकेल कसने की बात कह रहे हैं, वहीं दूसरी और थाने की पुलिस फील्ड में दिखाई ही नहीं दे रही।  इन दिनों पुलिस ने इन पर से आँखे मूंद रखी है। बीट में पुलिस की सक्रियता नहीं होने से ये गैंग  फिर सक्रिय हो गए हैं। 

जानकारों का कहना है समय रहते अगर पुलिस ने इन पर पाबंदी नहीं लगाई तो यह किसी भी बड़ी वारदात को अंजाम दे सकते हैं। कभी किसी राहगीरों से विवाद करते हैं तो कभी  स्थानीय निवासियों से। ऐसे में नए वर्ष की पूर्व संध्या या नववर्ष पर     बड़ा विवाद या हादसे की आशंका स्थानीय लोगो द्वारा  जताई जा रही है।

इनका कहना है

वर्तमान में हमारे पास ऐसी कोई शिकायत नहीं आई है। जहां ऐसा होता है क्षेत्र के लोगों को भी एकजुट होकर इसका विरोध करना चाहिये। इस बारे में जानकारी कर दोषी लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
