महिला को उसके घर से जबरदस्ती ले जाकर किया बलात्कार

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। महिला को उसके घर से जबरदस्ती ले जाकर किया बलात्कार, देशनोक थाना पुलिस ने एक महिला को उसके घर से जबरन उठाकर ले जाने तथा एक व्‍यक्ति दवारा उसका बलात्‍कार करने के आरोप में चार लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

शनिवार शाम दर्ज इस मामले में पीडिता ने पुलिस को बताया है कि चार आरोपियों ने उसको उसके घर से जबरन उठाया और अपने साथ ले गए। पीडिता के अनुसार चार आरोपियों में से एक आरोपी ने उसके साथ दुष्‍कर्म किया।

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि इस मामले में पीडिता की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर देशनोक निवासी सुनील पुत्र मोहन लाल, अशोक सुथार पुत्र प्रकाशचन्‍द्र, दामोदर पुत्र तिलाराम तथा शिम्‍भुदान के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 376डी, 365, 366 व 34 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

पीडिता ने पुलिस को बताया कि चारों आरोपियों में से सुनील पुत्र मोहनलाल ने उसके साथ दुष्‍कर्म किया। मामले की जांच नोखा सीओ नेमसिंह चौहान को सौंपी गई है।

Rape the woman by forcibly taking her from her home

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). Deshnok police station has registered a case against four people for forcibly taking a woman from her house and forcing her to be raped by a person.

In this case registered on Saturday evening, the victim has told the police that the four accused forcibly picked her up from her house and took them with her. According to the victim, one of the four accused raped her.

On the basis of the victim’s report, a case has been registered under Section 376D, 365, 366 and 34 of the IPC against Sunil Putra Mohan Lal, Ashok Suthar son Prakash Chandra, Damodar son Tilaram and Shimbhuladan, said the police officer.

The victim told the police that out of the four accused, Sunil son Mohanlal committed misdeeds with her. The investigation of the case has been handed over to Nokha CO Nemsingh Chauhan.
