नाबालिगा से दुष्कर्म का प्रयास

बीकानेर(samacharseva.in)। नाबालिगा से दुष्‍कर्म का प्रयास, कोलायत थाना पुलिस ने गांव कोटडी में एक नाबालिगा लडकी के साथ दुष्‍कर्म का प्रयास करने, नाबालिगा के परिजनों को धमकाने तथा गंदी गांलिया निकालने के आरोप में क्षेत्र निवासी बीरबलराम ओड पुत्र चम्‍पाराम के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

पीडिता के पिता ने शुक्रवार दोपहर बाद दर्ज मामले में पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी ने उसके घर में घुसकर उसकी नाबालिगा पुत्री के साथ खोटा काम करने का प्रयास किया, उसको धमकाया त‍था गांलिया दी। जब नाबालिगा ने आरोपी का विरोध किया और चिल्लाई तो आरोपी बीरबलराम भाग निकला।

थानाधिकारी विकास बिश्‍नोई ने बताया कि इस मामले में आरोपी बीरबलराम के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 451, 323 तथा पॉक्‍सो एक्‍ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। उन्‍होंने बताया कि इस मामले में जांच जारी है।
