कांस्‍टेबल पर लगा साथी महिला को फोन पर पेरशान करने आरोप, छह माह के लिये किया पाबंद

बीकानेर, (समाचार सेवा)। कांस्‍टेबल पर लगा साथी महिला को फोन पर पेरशान करने आरोप, छह माह के लिये किया पाबंद, बीछवाल थाना पुलिस ने साथी महिला को फोन पर परेशान करने के आरोप में एक कांस्‍टेबल को गिरफतार कर एसडीएम कोर्ट में पेश किया।

एसडीएम कोर्ट ने आरोपी कांस्‍टेबल को दस हजार रुपये के मुचलके पर जमानत देकर छह माह के लिये महिला को किसी प्रकार से परेशान नहीं करने के लिये पाबंद किया है।

बीछवाल थानाधिकारी मनोज शर्मा ने बताया कि आरएसी की एक महिला कर्मचारी की शिकायत पर आरएसी की तीसरी बटालियन में 315 कंपनी के कांस्‍टेबल 35 वर्षीय गोविन्‍द सिंह राजपूत पुत्र उगम सिंह को शुक्रवार दोपहर डेढ बजे सीआरपीसी की धारा 151 के तहत पकड कर एसडीएम कोर्ट में पेश किया गया।

उन्‍होंने बताया कि सीकर जिले में नीम का थाना इलाके का निवासी कांस्‍टेबल गाविन्‍द सिंह बीकानेर में तैनात है। उसकी साथी महिला कार्मिक ने पुलिस को शिकायत की थी कि आरोपी गोविन्‍द सिंह उसे फोन पर परेशान करता है तथा उसको बदनाम कर सकता है।

पुलिस ने कांस्‍टेबल की काउंसिलिंग की और मोबाइल की जांच कराई तो एक कॉल पीडिता को होना पाया गया। इस पर कांस्‍टेबल को एसडीएम कोर्ट में पेश कर छह माह के लिये पांबद किया गया है।

Constable accused of harassing fellow woman on phone, banned for six months

The SDM court has restrained the accused constable not to harass the woman in any way for six months by giving bail to the accused constable on a surety of ten thousand rupees.

Bichwal SHO Manoj Sharma said that on the complaint of a female RAC employee, 35-year-old Govinde Singh Rajput son Ugam Singh, a constable of 315 company in the third battalion of RAC, was caught under Section 151 of CrPC and presented in the SDM court on Friday afternoon. Gone.

He told that conste force Gavind Singh, resident of Neem Ka police station area in Sikar district is posted in Bikaner. Her fellow lady personnel had complained to the police that accused Govind Singh harassed her over phone and could defame her.

When the police consulted the constable and got the mobile checked, a call was found to the victim. On this the constable has been produced before the SDM court and suspended for six months.
