बीकानेर (समाचार सेवा)।  बीकानेर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय बीकानेर की जन्‍म कुण्‍डली। राजस्‍थान सरकार ने इस वर्ष 14 मई 2018 को एक अधिसूचना जारी कर 1 जुलाई 2018 से बीकानेर संभाग, जोधपुर संभाग, अजमेर संभाग के जिले नागौर व अजमेर तथा जयपुर संभाग के अलवर, सीकर व झुंझुनूं स्थित सभी तकनीकी महाविधालयों का प्रशासनिक तथा अकादमिक क्षेत्राधिकार बीकानेर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय बीकानेर (बीटीयू) के तहत कर दिया है।

बीटीयू में अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद (AICTE) दवारा जारी मॉडल पाठयक्रम को लागू किया गया है। इस विवि में डॉ एच.डी. चारण को कुलपति नियुक्‍त किया गया है।

बीकानेर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय बीकानेर (बीटीयू) राजस्थान का पहला विश्वविद्यालय है, जिसकी राजस्थान सरकार के पोर्टल पर 21 जून, 2018 को अपनी वेबसाइट अपलोड की गई है। www.btu.rajasthan.ac.in  वेबसाइटः http://btu.rajasthan.gov.in हैैै।

सभी अधिकारियों और नियुक्त अधिकारी को ई-मेल आईडी आवंटित की गई है। [email protected];  [email protected] बीकानेर तकनीकी विवि के लिये राज्‍य सरकार के निर्देश पर यूआईटी बीकानेर ने हाल ही में बीटीयू के लिये जयपुर-जोधपुर बाईपास रोड पर 30 एकड भूमि आबंटित की है।

बीटीयू के लिये आबंटित यह भूमि बीकानेर शहर के नजदीक है। यह भूमि बीकानेर के सर्किट हाउस से लगभग 8 किलोमीटर दूर है। बीकानेर रेलवे स्‍टेशन से 10 किलोमीटर तथा बीकानेर के नाल सिविल एयरपोर्ट से लगभग 25 किलोमीटर दूर है।

चूकि विवि के लिये आबंटित भूमि बाईपास रोड पर है ऐसे में अन्य जिलों में स्थित विश्वविद्यालय के सभी संबद्ध कॉलेज भी शहर में प्रवेश किए बिना विश्वविद्यालय के लिए सीधा पहुँच सकेंगे। इस आबंटित भूमि पर विवि परिसर के निर्माण का कार्य निकट भविष्‍य में किया जाएगा।

इसके लिये विभिन्न सरकारी निर्माण एजेंसियों के मिले प्रस्‍तावों का विश्लेषण, अध्ययन किया जा रहा है। विवि का वर्तमान अता पताबीकानेर तकनीकी विश्‍वविधालय वर्तमान में पूगल रोड पर रिको करणी औधौगिक क्षेत्र स्थित कॉलेज ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग एण्‍ड टेक्‍नॉलॉजी केम्‍पस में स्‍थापित है। इसके संपर्क फोन नंबर 0151-2250940 हैं।

विश्वविद्यालय के साथ कॉलेजों का संबद्धता

राज्‍य के तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग के आदेश के 4 जून 2018 के आदेश के अनुसार बीटीयू के क्षेत्रीय क्षेत्राधिकरमें बीकानेर डिवीजन, जोधपुर डिवीजन, जिला नागौर और अजमेर डिवीजन के अजमेर, जिला अलवर,  सीकर और जयपुर डिवीजन के झुंझुनूं में स्थित सभी तकनीकी कॉलेजों, संस्थान शामिल होंगे।

इन सभी क्षेत्रों में 48 तकनीकी कॉलेज, संस्थान स्थापित हैं। इनमें से 43 कॉलेजों को एआईसीटीई से ईओए प्राप्त हो चुका है। विश्वविद्यालय ने सभी 43 कॉलेजों को संबद्धता (ईओएए) जारी कर दी है। एआईसीटीई से शेष 5 कॉलेज ईओए अभी लंबित है। सभी संबद्ध कॉलेजों और संस्थानों को भी अपनी व्यक्तिगत ई-मेल आईडी आवंटित की गई हैं और राजस्थान सरकार पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत हैं।

छात्रों की उपस्थिति रिकॉर्ड्स की निगरानी

वर्तमान समय में सभी शैक्षिक संस्थानों को छात्रों की उपस्थिति के बारे में समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। बीटीयू, इस समस्या को बहुत गंभीरता से देख रहा है, क्योंकि सिद्धांत और व्यावहारिक कक्षाओं में छात्रों की नियमित उपस्थिति बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है और छात्रों के ज्ञान के बेहतर कौशल विकास और संवर्द्धन के लिए सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए।

प्रथमः- बीटीयू ने एक सॉफ्टवेयर तैयार करवाया है सभी संबद्ध संस्थानों को मुफ्त में प्रदान किया जाएगा। यह सॉफ्टवेयर छात्रों के शिक्षण और उपस्थिति के बारे में दिन के सभी प्रकार के रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखने में सक्षम है।

द्वितीयः– यदि कोई छात्र निर्दिष्ट अवधि के लिए अनुपस्थित रहता है, तो सॉफ्टवेयर तुरंत विद्यार्थी के माता-पिता को मैसेज भेज देगा और संस्थान के प्रमुख को भी सूचित करेगा।

तृतीयः- संस्थान का प्रमुख न केवल छात्रों की उपस्थिति बल्कि दिन-प्रतिदिन शिक्षण रिकॉर्ड और शिक्षण योजनाओं/सामग्रियों की निगरानी/देखरेख कर सकता है, जिन्हें सभी संबंधित शिक्षकों के आने वाले दिनों में पढ़ाया जायेगा या पढ़ाया जा रहा है।बीटीयू ने जेईएम पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण किया है और ऑनलाइन खरीदारी शुरू कर दी है।

ई-टेंडरिंग प्रक्रिया के लिए बीटीयू को एसपीपीपी पोर्टल पर भी पंजीकृत किया गया है तथा टेण्डर बिड्स को अपलोड कर दिया गया है।

संबद्ध कॉलेज की ग्रेडिंग और रैंकिंग

बीटीयू ने स्वस्थ और सार्थक प्रतिस्पर्धा बनाकर अपनी गुणात्मक ताकत बढ़ाने के लिए सभी संबद्ध कॉलेजों के ग्रेडिंग और रैंकिंग की प्रक्रिया अपनाई है। बीटीयू ने सभी इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों को प्रक्रिया, और प्रत्येक कॉलेज के मानकों के आधार पर संकाय शक्ति, प्रयोगशाला सुविधाओं, बुनियादी ढांचे, छात्रों के प्रदर्शन आदि का पालन करके वर्गीकृत किया है ये ए, बी, सी आदि श्रेणियों में। एआईसीटीई, दिल्ली द्वारा इस प्रक्रिया की सराहना की गई है और अन्य तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालयों और संस्थानों को भी चुनने की सिफारिश की गई है।

बीटीयू का प्रतीक चिन्ह लोगो

1. प्रतीक चिन्ह (स्वहव) की मुख्य विशेषता इसकी सादगी है।
2. इसके केन्द्र में विश्वविद्यालय की मुहर है और कलात्मक तरीके से बी.टी.यू. का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है जो लोगो को अद्वितीय और अनन्य बनाता है।
3. बी.टी.यू. इस तरह से रखा गया है कि ये निम्नलिखित विशेषताओं का प्रतिनिधित्व करते है।

(ं) अक्षर इ के नीचे पृथ्वी का आकार दिया गया है।

(इ) अक्षर ज इस तरह से लिखा गया है कि इसकी क्षैतिज रेखा पृथ्वी (प्राकृतिक संसाधन) से निकलने वाले जल का प्रतिनिधित्व करती है और जल/प्राकृतिक संसाधनो के संरक्षण के लिये विश्वविद्यालय की चिंता दर्शाने का संदेश देती है।

(ब) ज के जंक्शन पर उगते सूर्य से संकेत मिलता है कि:-

(प) विश्वविद्यालय प्रौधोगिकी में प्रगति के साथ लोगों को प्रबुद्ध करने के लिये उनके बीच प्र्रकाश फैलाने का इरादा रखता है।

;पपद्ध यह सौर ऊर्जा/गैर परम्परागत ऊर्जा की ओर विश्वविद्यालय की चिन्ता को भी इंगित करता है। कुल मिलाकर लोगो नभ, जल और थल का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है।

(क) न चुम्बक/चुम्बकीय क्षेत्र का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है । जो बिजली उत्पादन करता है और क्रीम रंग में बाहरी सीमा के केन्द्र के दोनो तरफ प्रतीक द्वारा दर्शाया गया है।

4. बाहरी घेरे में विश्वविद्यालय का नाम हिन्दी तथा अंग्रेजी में लिखा है जो मातृभाषा के लिए प्रतिबद्धता दर्शाता है।
5. नीचे के पैडस्टल में स्थापना का वर्ष और विश्वविद्यालय की टैग लाइन यानी ज्ञान, संस्कार, उद्यम, है जो ज्ञान, कौशल व नैतिकता सम्पन्न ऐसे पेशेवर युवक तैयार करने का संकल्प दर्शाता है जो समाज के लिए कडी मेहनत कर सकंे।
6. प्रतीक चिन्ह के मध्य में बीकानेर में स्थित विश्वविख्यात धाम की अधिष्ठात्री देवी श्री करणीमाता को विराजित किया गया है जिनके चरित्र से हमें पर्यावरण संरक्षण, लोक कल्याण, नारी उत्थान, सर्व धर्म समभाव, जातिगत समानता, गौ-रक्षा, मानवतावाद एवं न्यायप्रियता की शिक्षा व सन्देश मिलता है।

BIKANER TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, BIKANER

First 100 Days of Hon’ble VC in the University…….                                     

“Major Achievements”

1. Land allotment:

      “A suitable premise of the University is an important parameter for the successful Educational Institution. The place must be closer to the nearby city, pollution free environment, easily approachable and well connected with railways, other places and cities”.

1. 30 Acers developed UIT land is allotted recently for the University Campus by the State Government.
2. The allotted land is very close to city Bikaner, about 8 km from circuit house, 10 km from Railways, 10 km from state Bus-stand and around 25 km from airport.
3. It is situated on the Jaipur – Jodhpur Bypass Road. Therefore, all the affiliated colleges to the University, situated in other districts are also well connected and hence have a direct approach to the University, without entering into the City.
4. Planning of New Campus:

     Proposal from various Government-agencies (construction) agencies have been obtained and are being analyzed / studied. The agency for the construction of University campus, shall be finalized soon.

3. Affiliation of the Colleges with University:

• As per order of Technical Education Department, Government of Rajasthan (Order No. F. No. 22(5) (1) T.E./2013 Jaipur dated 04.06.2018), the State Government hereby specifies that the territorial Jurisdiction of the BTU (Act No. 29 of 2017) shall extend over all the technical Colleges/ Institutions situated in Bikaner Division, Jodhpur Division, District Nagour and Ajmer of Ajmer Division, District Alwar, Sikar and Jhunjhunu of Jaipur Division.
• Above mentioned regions, 48 technical colleges / Institutions are established, among those, 43 colleges have been received EOA from AICTE. University has issued affiliation (EOAA) to all 43 colleges. Remaining 05 colleges EOA from AICTE is still pending, as soon it is received, EOAA may be issued. (list of 5 colleges attached)

4. Development of Web-site on Rajasthan Portal:

• A dynamic web-site has been launched on Rajasthan Government Portal on June 21^st, 2018 with web address: btu.rajasthan.ac.in; Website: http://btu.rajasthan.gov.in
• It is the matter of immense pleasure that BTU is first ever university in Rajasthan, which is uploaded its web-site on Rajasthan Government portal.
• E-mail IDs have been allotted to all the Officers and Officer bearer and are registered on Rajasthan Government Portale. [email protected]; [email protected]
• All the affiliated Colleges and Institutions have also been allotted its individual E-mail IDs and registered on Rajasthan Government Portal.

5. Development of LOGO:

      BTU have opted an unique, impressive and energetic LOGO. The deepest thought represented over letters, BTU and the way in which the earth/ nature/ water resources are related, shows the concern of University towards sustainable development. The tag line of the University i.e. “Kku laLdkj m|e” defines the commitment of the university to inculcate the knowledge, skill and ethics among the professionals with overall development for the service to Nation, Society and even mankind.

6. Monitoring of Students attendance Records:

     Now a days, more or less all Educational Institutions are facing a problem regarding short of attendance of the students. BTU is looking this problem very seriously, since the regular presence of the students in the theory and practical classes is very important and should be given TOP priority for a better skill development and enrichment of knowledge of the students.

1. BTU will be provide a software to all the affiliated Institutions free of cost. This software is able to maintain all types of day to day records about teaching and attendance of the students.
2. If any student remains absent for a specified period, it will immediately send a massage to his/her parents and inform the Head of the Institution also.

• Head of Institution can monitor / supervise, not only students’ attendance but also day by day teaching record and teaching plans / materials, which have been taught or being to be taught in the coming days, of all the concerned teachers.

1. BTU is planning to get the extended/ advanced version of this software. On using this, the mentioned facility in point 5 (III) will be extended to the BTU also. So that, BTU will be able to monitor / supervise day to day records of any student and any teacher at any concerned institution from the University itself
2. Organization of Workshops and Seminars:

• Two workshops on “Universal Human Values”, each of 8 days have been organized at University affiliated colleges; (i) College of Engineering and Technology, Bikaner and (ii) Jodhpur Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jodhpur.
• At each workshop, about 50 faculty members were participated and trained for teaching, developing, and enriching the qualities, professional ethics, and human values in the students of the University.

8. Registration on Gem:

           BTU has registered on “Gem” portal and started purchasing, is being done On-line. Bids are uploaded on this Portal.

9. Registration on SPPP portal:

     BTU has also be registered on “SPPP” portal for E-tendering process.

10. Grading and Ranking of Affiliated College:

• BTU has adopted a process of Grading and Ranking of the all affiliated colleges to enhance their qualitative strength by creating a healthy and meaningful competiveness.
• BTU has categorized all the Engineering colleges by following a “procedure, and on the basis of the parameters of each college”, like faculty strength, lab facilities, infrastructure, performance of the students etc.; in A, B, C etc. categories. This procedure has been appreciated by AICTE, Delhi and recommended to opt other technical universities and institutions also.

1. Main feature of the logo is its simplicity.
2. It carries the university seal in centre and represents BTU in artistic manner which makes the logo unique and exclusive.
3. The alphabets BTU are placed in such a way that they represent the following features :-

5. U represents the magnet/magnetic field which produces electricity and is represented by symbol on both side of outer border’s centre in cream colour.
6. t is written in a way that its horizontal line represents water coming out from the earth (natural resources) and gives the message of showing concern of university towards the conservation  of  water  natural
7. The rising sun at the junction of two legs of t indicates that

• The university intends to spread light amongst the people to enlighten them with the advances in technology.
• It is also indicates the conern of the university towards the solar energy/ non conventional energy.

4. The outer boarders carries the name of the university in Hindi as well as in English  showing  concern about mother tongue.
5. The outer circle fits in the bottom stand in such a way that it represents a symbol of machine.

The bottom pedestal carries the year of establishment and the tag line of the university i.e. ज्ञान संस्‍कार उधम  which shows the determination of the university to produce intellectual engineers with ethics who are ready to work hard for the society.
