सास, ससुर व देवर से पिटने के बाद थाने पहुंची विवाहिता

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। सास, ससुर व देवर से पिटने के बाद थाने पहुंची विवाहिता, एक विवाहिता को पीटने, उसकी लज्‍जा भंग करने के आरोप में सास, ससुर व देवर के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है। पीडिता ने बीछवाल थाना पुलिस को बताया कि उसका ससुराल बीकानेर में बीछवाल स्थित ऊन मिल कॉलोनी में बी/ 190 नंबर का हैं।

पीडिता ने मंगलवार 30 जून को शाम को दर्ज मामले में बताया कि आरोपियों ने सोमवार 29 जून की सुबह 8 बजे उसके साथ मारपीट की तथा उसकी लज्‍जा भंग की। पीडिता के अनुसार उसकी सास उषा देवी, ससुर राजेन्‍द्र कुमार व देवर जितेन्‍द्र तीनों ने उसकी पिटाई की तथा उसकी लज्‍जा भंग की।

थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि तीनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 341, 323, 354क, 34 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। मामले की जांच एसआई गुरमेल सिंह को सौंपी गई है।

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). A case has been registered against the mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law for beating a married woman and breaching her shame. The victim told the Bichwal police station that her in-laws are of B / 190 number in the wool mill colony located at Beechwal in Bikaner.

In the case registered in the evening on Tuesday, June 30, the victim said that the accused beat her up and broke her shame at 8 am on Monday, 29 June. According to the victim, her mother-in-law Usha Devi, father-in-law Rajendri Kumar and brother-in-law Jeetendri thrashed her and disturbed her shame.

The police officer said that a case has been registered against the three accused under sections 341, 323, 354A, 34 of IPC. The investigation of the case has been handed over to SI Gurmel Singh.
