हत्या की धमकी, फायरिंग का भी आरोप, मामला दर्ज

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। हत्या की धमकी, फायरिंग का भी आरोप, मामला दर्जकोटगेट थाना पुलिस ने बान्‍द्रा बास के एक मकान के बाहर फायरिंग करने, मकान में रहने वालों की हत्‍या करने की धमकी देने के आरोप में पांच लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

बान्‍द्रा बास निवासी परिवादी इस्‍लाम पुत्र मौजदीन ने पुलिस को दी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि आरोपी सलमान भाटी, साजिद पंवार, सलमान पंवार तथा दो अन्‍य लोगों ने सोमवार 13 जुलाई तडके 1.13 बजे उसे जान से मारने के इरादे से उस पर हमला किया।

परिवादी के अनुसार आरोपियों ने उसके घर पर गोलियां चलाई। थानाधिकारी धरम पूनिया ने बताया कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 307, 143 तथा आर्म्‍स एक्‍ट की धारा 27 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। मामले की जांच एसआई शंकरलाल को सौंपी गई है।

A case has been registered against those who threaten to murder, also accused of firing

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). Kotgate police station has registered a case against five people for firing outside a house in Bandra Bass, threatening to kill the occupants.

In the report given to the police, the complainant Islam son of Bandra Bas resident Mohammad, said that accused Salman Bhati, Sajid Panwar, Salman Panwar and two others attacked him with the intention of killing him at 1.13 am on Monday 13 July.

According to the complainant, the accused opened fire at her house. Thanadikari Dharam Poonia said that a case has been registered against the accused under sections 307, 143 of IPC and section 27 of Armsam Acton. The investigation of the case has been submitted to SI Shankarlal.
