कर्फ्यू क्षेत्र में जर्दा-गुटखा बेचने वाले को पकडा

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। कर्फ्यू क्षेत्र में जर्दा-गुटखा बेचने वाले को कोटगेट पुलिस ने पकडा है। पुलिस ने आरोपी के पास से तानसेन व प्रीमियम जर्दा के हजारों पाउच बरामद किए हैं।

थानाधिकारी धरम पूनिया ने बताया कि इलाके में कर्फ्यू लगा होने के बावजूद फड बाजार में सत्‍यनारायण मंदिर के पास के निवासी आरोपी दुर्गाप्रसाद खत्री पुत्र रामदेव वहां रविवार को अवैध रूप से जर्दा गुटखा बेच रहा था। पूनिया के अनुसार आरोपी अवैध रूप से जर्दा बेचने के साथ ही कर्फ्यू अवधि में कोविड-19 की गाइडलाइन का भी उल्‍लघंन किया।

इस कारण ही आरोपी को गिरफतार किया गया। उन्‍होंने बताया कि आरोपी के पास से तानसेन तंबाकू के 20 पैकेट जिसमें प्रत्‍येक पैकेट में 50-50 पाउच थे तथा प्रीमियम जर्दा के 25 पैकेट जिसमें भी प्रत्‍येक पैकेट में 50-50 पाउच भरे हुए थे जप्‍त किए गए।

पूनिया ने बताया कि आरोपी की पुलिस जमानत होने के कारण गिरफतारी के बाद भी उसकी कोविड जांच नहीं करवाई गई।

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). In the curfew area, the seller of Zarda-gutkha has been caught by the Kotgate police. Police have seized thousands of pouches of Tansen and Premium Zarda from the accused.

Thanadikari Dharam Poonia said that despite curfew in the area, accused Durgaprasad Khatri son Ramdev, a resident of Satyadhanarayan temple in Phad Bazaar, was illegally selling Zarda gutkha there. According to Poonia, the accused violated the guidelines of Kovid-19 during curfew period along with selling yolk illegally.

Due to this, the accused was arrested. They said that 20 packets of Tansen tobacco containing 50-50 pouches in each packet and 25 packets of premium jarda containing 50-50 pouches in each packet were seized from the accused.

Poonia said that even after the arrest of the accused due to police bail, he was not given a Kovid investigation.
