कोतवाली थाना पुलिस ने इस संबंध में गिरानी सुनारों के मोहलले के निवासी मोहनलाल सोनी तथा अनिल पुत्र चिरंजीलाल के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।
कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र के नया कुआं इलाके के निवासी 67 वर्षीय वैध सूरजरतन सोनी पुत्र स्व. हजारीमल सोनी ने पुलिस को बताया है कि उन्होंने 8 जुलाई 2012 से 21 फरवरी 2015 तक सोने-चांदी के व्यापार में लेन-देन किया।
आरोपियों ने 10 सिंतबर 2020 को उसकी चांदी की वस्तुएं व चेक अपने पास रख लिये थे जिन्हें अब लौटाने से इंकार कर रहे हैं।
