बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। दहेज नहीं मिलने पर बहू को मारपीट कर घर से निकाला, महिला थाना पुलिस ने बीकानेर में सीताराम गेट के सामने मूंघड़ा बगीची की निवासी श्रीमती वीनिता मोहता पुत्री चेतनदास कोठारी की दहेज प्रताडना की शिकायत पर कोलाकाता के उसके ससुराल वालों पर मामला दर्ज किया है।
नयाशर थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि विवाहिता वीनिता को दहेज प्रताड़ना देने तथा उसे बेघर करने के आरोप में कोलकाता के बड़ा बाजार क्षेत्र में तारा सुन्दरी पार्क इलाके में राजा ब्रोजेन्द्र नारायण स्ट्रीट के निवासी पीड़िता के पति राजा मोहता, सास संगीता मोहता, ससुर नारायण दास मोहता, देवरानी पूजा मोहता, देवर मनमोहन मोहता के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि बीकानेर में सीताराम गेट के सामने मूंघड़ा बगीची की हाल निवासी वीनिता मोहता पुत्री चेतनदास कोठारी ने बुधवार 11 नवंबर की दोपहर को दर्ज मामले में पुलिस को बताया है कि आरोपी उसे एक राय होकर दहेज मांगते हैं व मांग पूरी नहीं होने पर प्रताड़ित किया। मारपीट कर घर से बेघर कर दिया तथा स्त्रीधन भी हड़प लिया।
थानाधिकारी मनोज माचरा ने बताया कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी गई है।

The daughter-in-law was beaten to death for not receiving dowry
Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). Women police station has registered a case against her in-laws of Kolkata on the complaint of dowry torture of Mrs Veenita Mohta daughter Chetan Das Kothari, resident of Moonghra Bagchi in front of Sitaram Gate in Bikaner.
The Nayashar police station in-charge said that the victim’s husband Raja Mohta, mother-in-law Sangeeta Mohta, father-in-law Narayan Das Mohta, a resident of Raja Brojendra Narayan Street in Tara Sundari Park area of Kolkata’s Bada Bazar area in Kolkata’s Bada Bazar area, were accused of torturing and rendering the dowry to married woman Veenita. Pooja Mohta, Deorani, has filed a case against Dewar Manmohan Mohta.
He told that Veenita Mohta daughter Chetandas Kothari, a resident of Moonghra Bagchi in front of Sitaram Gate in Bikaner, has told the police in the case filed on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 11, that the accused ask for dowry with an opinion and tortured them when the demand was not met . He was beaten up from the house after being beaten up and also grabbed the woman.
Police officer Manoj Machra said that a case has been registered against the accused under IPC sections and investigation has been started.
