बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। आधार नंबरों का दुरुपयोग कर किया घोटाला, व्‍यास कॉलोनी थाना पुलिस ने आधार कार्डों का दुरुपयोग कर धोखाधडी करने तथा आवश्‍यक वस्‍तु अधिनियम का उल्‍लघंन करने के आरोप में वार्ड 40 शिवबाडी के उचित मूल्‍य दुकानदार महेन्‍द्र कुमार पुत्र हीरालाल के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।

जिला रसद कार्यालय में प्रवर्तन निरीक्षक श्रीमती सरोज बिश्‍नोई ने शनिवार दोपहर बाद पुलिस को दी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि शिवबाडी निवासी आरोपी उचित मूल्‍य दुकानदार महेन्‍द्र ने जनवरी 2018 से जनवरी 2020 तक राशनकार्डों पर परिवार के सदस्यो के वास्‍तविक आधार संख्‍या के बजाय अन्‍य व्‍यक्तियों के आधार संख्‍या का दुरुपयोग कर अवैध पोस ट्रांजेक्‍शन किया गया।

पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 420, 409 भादस व 3/7 आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की है। मामले की जांच सब इन्‍सपेटर श्रीमती सुषमा को सौंपी गई है।

Scam by misusing Aadhaar numbers

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). Vyas Colony police station has registered a case against Mahendra Kumar s/o Heeralal, a fair value shopkeeper of Ward 40 Shivbadi, for cheating by misusing Aadhaar cards and cheating the Essential Object Act.

Enforcement Inspector at District Logistics Office, Smt. Saroj Bishnoai, told the report to the police on Saturday afternoon that the accused fair value shopkeeper Mahendra, a resident of Shivbadi, gave the Aadhaar number of other persons instead of the architectural Aadhaar number of the family members on the ration cards from January 2018 to January 2020.

Illegal POS transaction was misused. Police has initiated a case against the accused by registering a case under Section 420, 409 ipc and 3/7 Essential Commodities Act 1955. The investigation of the case has been handed over to the sub inspactor Mrs. Sushma.
