बीकानेर, (समाचार सेवा)। तीन बार तलाक बोला और पत्नी को साथ रखने से इंकार किया, छतरगढ थाना पुलिस ने अपनी पत्नी को तीन बार तलाक, तलाक, तलाक बोलने व पत्नी को साथ रखने से इंकार करने पर गांव मोतीगढ निवासी शौकत खां तथा उसके पिता सादक खां के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।
मोतीगढ निवासी 30 वर्षीय मरियम पत्नी शौकत खा ने मंगलवार 23 फरवरी को दर्ज कराये मामले में पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी शौकत खां ने इस माह 3 फरवरी को पंचायत में तीन बार तलाक तलाक तलाक बोलकर उसे तलाक दे दिया।
अब उसे अपने साथ रखने से इंकार कर रहा है। पीडिता के अनुसार आरोपी शौकत की इस कार्रवाई में उसके पिता ने भी साथ दिया है। मामले की जांच हैड कांस्टेबल सुनील कुमार को सौंपी गई है।
