बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। भीनासर में नाबालिगा से गैंगरेप, दो लोगों पर मामला दर्ज,गंगाशहर थाना पुलिस ने एक नाबालिग किशोरी को नशीला पदार्थ पिलाकर उससे गैंगरेप करने के आरोप में भीनासर निवासी बाबूलाल व शोभा के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है।
परिवादिया ने शनिवार रात को दर्ज मामले में पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी बाबूलाल, शोभा ने दो महीने पहले उसकी नाबालिग पुत्री को बहला फुसलाकर नशीला पदार्थ पिला दिया तथा नाबालिगा के साथ गैंग रेप किया।
थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 376-2-एन, 376-डी, 382, 506, व पोक्सो एक्ट की धारा 5/6 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। मामले की जांच सीओ सदर पवन कुमार को सौंपी गई है।
Minor gang raped in Bhinasar, case registered against two people
Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). Gangashahar Police Station has registered a case against Bhinasar resident Babulal and Shobha for allegedly raping a minor teenager with a narcotic substance.
The complainant told the police in the case recorded on Saturday night that accused Babulal, Shobha, lured her minor daughter intoxicating and drugged her intoxicating substance and gang-raped the minor.
The Thanadikari said that a case has been registered against the accused under sections 376-2-N, 376-D, 382, 506 of IPC and section 5/6 of Poksok Act. The investigation of the case has been handed over to CO Sadar Pawan Kumar.
