बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)।  अर्थव्यवस्था को पटरी पर लाना जरूरी : डॉ. कल्ला, ऊर्जा एवं जन स्वास्थ्य व अभियांत्रिकी मंत्री डॉ. बी. डी. कल्ला ने कहा है कि प्रदेश में कोरोनावायरस संक्रमण की रोकथाम के साथ-साथ अर्थव्यवस्था को पटरी पर लाना भी राज्य सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। डॉ. कल्ला शुक्रवार को बीकानेर के सर्किट हाउस में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक को संबोधित कर रहे थे।

उन्होंने कहा कि बीकानेर जिले में लॉक डाउन के दौरान समस्त अनुमत कार्य व्यवस्थित रूप से चालू हो जाए, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाना भी जरूरी है। इसके मद्देनजर यह आवश्यक है कि जिले के ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में जिन कार्यों की अनुमति दे दी गई है वे बिना किसी बाधा के क्रियाशील हो जाए। डॉ. कल्ला ने कहा कि औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों से बाहर स्थित जिन उद्योगों को 4 मई से संचालन की अनुमति दी गई है उनमें श्रमिक कार्यस्थल पर रहकर ही काम करें यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए, साथ ही रीको और अन्य औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में भी संचालित औद्योगिक इकाइयों में अधिकारी समय-समय पर भ्रमण कर कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण रोकथाम एडवाइजरी की अनुपालना सुनिश्चित करवाएं।

उन्होंने कहा कि यदि किसी एक जिले से दूसरे जिले तक श्रमिकों को लाना हो तो वन टाइम ट्रांसपोर्टेशन की अनुमति दे दी गई है। डॉ. कल्ला ने कहा कि रेस्टोरेंट, होटल आदि होम डिलीवरी की सुविधा के साथ कार्य कर सकते हैं। निजी संस्थानों में भी 33 प्रतिशत स्टाफ बुलाकर कार्य करने की अनुमति है। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में समस्त औद्योगिक तथा निर्माण कार्यों को अनुमति है। मनरेगा के तहत भी अधिकाधिक कार्य स्वीकृत कर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में लोगों को रोजगार दिया जाए। समस्त प्रकार के माल परिवहन की भी अनुमति है।

सभी राजकीय विभाग अपने यहां पेंडिंग  निर्मााण गतिविधियां भी चालू करवाएं। डॉ कल्ला ने कहा कि आने वाले समय में अन्य राज्यों से  प्रवासियों के आने की संभावना के मध्य नजर यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि आने वाले सभी लोगों की जांच की जाए और उन्हें क्वॉरेंटाइन रखा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाले समय में लोक डाउन में और छूट दी जाएगी, ऐसे में स्थानीय फड़ बाजार सहित अन्य स्थानों पर जहां ज्यादा संख्या में ठेले आदि लगते हैं या पास-पास दुकानें हैं वहां ऐसी व्यवस्था की जाए कि भीड़ ज्यादा न हो।

बैठक में जिला कलक्टर कुमार पाल गौतम, पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रदीप मोहन शर्मा आयुक्त नगर निगम डॉ. खुशाल यादव, अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर (प्रशासन) ए.एच. गौरी, अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर (शहर) सुनीता चैधरी, प्राचार्य एसपी मेडिकल कॉलेज डॉ. एस. एस. राठौड़. पीबीएम अस्पताल के अधीक्षक डॉ. मोहम्मद सलीम सहित पानी, बिजली, चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य तथा विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). Energy and Public Health and Engineering Minister Dr. B. D. Kalla has said that along with the prevention of coronavirus infection in the state, the economy is also on top priority of the state government. Dr. Kalla was addressing a review meeting held at the Circuit House in Bikaner on Friday with officials from various departments.

He said that it is also necessary to ensure that all the permitted works are systematically started during the lock-down in Bikaner district. In view of this, it is necessary that the works which have been allowed in the rural and urban areas of the district become functional without any hindrance. Dr. Kalla said that in industries located outside industrial areas, which have been allowed to operate from May 4, it should be ensured that workers work only at the workplace, as well as officers in industrial units operating in Ricoh and other industrial areas as well.

Visit from time to time to ensure compliance with the Corona Virus Infection Prevention Advisory. He said that one-time transportation has been allowed if workers are to be brought from one district to another. Dr. Kalla said that restaurants, hotels etc. can work with the convenience of home delivery. In private institutions also, 33 percent staff are allowed to work by calling. He said that all industrial and construction works are allowed in rural areas. Under MNREGA too, more and more work should be sanctioned and people in rural areas should be given employment. All types of goods transportation is also allowed.

All the state departments should also get the pending construction activities started. Dr. Kalla said that in view of the possibility of migrants coming from other states in the coming time, it would be necessary to ensure that all the people are examined and kept quarantine. He said that in the coming time more relaxation will be given in Lok Down, in such places where there is a large number of carts or shops near the local Phad market or there are shops nearby, so that the crowd is not overcrowded.
