गरीब व मजदूरों की दुर्दशा पर राष्ट्रपति को भेजा ज्ञापन

बीकानेर, (samacharseva.in)। भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ने मंगलवार को अपने राष्ट्रीय व्यापी विरोध दिवस के तहत प्रवासी मजदूरों व गरीब जनता की दुर्दशा पर सरकार की उपेक्षा की जानकारी देता एक ज्ञापन स्‍थानीय प्रशासन के माध्‍यम से राष्‍ट्रपति को भेजा है।

ज्ञापन देने गए प्रतिनिधि मंडल में भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी बीकानेर के जिला सह सचिव कॉ. अब्दुल रहमान कोहरी, नौजवान सभा के कॉ. सरजू गहलोत और लाल झंडा टैक्सी यूनियन (एटक) के कॉ. मंगतू राम, अखिल भारतीय ट्रेड यूनियन (एटक), बीकानेर के कॉ. प्रसन्न कुमार शर्मा, कर्मचारी एवं मजदूर नेता कॉ. अविनाशचन्द्र व्यास, महेश जोशी, एडवोकेट बसंत व्यास, एडवोकेट आलोक पाराशर आदि शामिल रहे। भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी और जन संगठनों के पदाधिकारियों और कार्यकर्ताओं ने जिला कलेक्टर कार्यालय के आगे प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिये और अधिक ट्रेन व बसें चलाने, श्रम कानूनों के साथ छेड़छाड़ नहीं करने, मनरेगा मजूदरों को कमजोर नहीं करने संबंधी अनेक मांगों को लेकर हाथ में तकतीयां लेकर प्रदर्शन भी किया गया।

कॉ. अब्दुल रहमान कोहरी ने बताया कि मांग के समर्थन में जिलाधीश कार्यालय के आगे प्रदर्शन किया गया है। उन्‍होंने बताया कि कोराना की महामारी के चलते देश के लाखों मजदूरों का काम धंधा छीन जाने से मजदूर दाने-दाने के मोहताज हो गये हैं। उनके पास खाने को नहीं है। अपने घर पहुंचने के लिये पैसें नहीं है। अपने परिवार का गुजर बसर करना उनके लिये मुश्किल हो गया है। इन सबके बावजूद सरकार उनकी बदहाली को नजरअंदाज कर रही है। केन्द्र सरकार की नव उदारवादी नीतियों के कारण भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था बीमार पड़ गई है। कोहरी ने कहा कि कोराना के संकट ने इसे और भी बढ़ा दिया है।

कोहरी ने कहा कि पार्टी की मांग है कि प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिये और अधिक रेलें और बसें चलाई जाये जिसमें उन्हें खाना व पानी की सुविधा दी जावे, सभी मजदूरों को 10 हजार रूपये यात्रा भता के तौर पर दिये जावे। मनरेगा को कमजोर नहीं किया जावे व इसके तहत् काम के घंटे बढाये जावे और प्रत्येक परिवार के व्यस्क सदस्यों को समय पर भुगतान दिया जावे। शहरी क्षेत्र में रोजगार और आवास की गारंटी दी जावे, राशन देने के लिये किसी भी तरह की शर्त नहीं रखी जावे, श्रम कानूनों के साथ कोई छेड़छाड नहीं की जावे, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में गरीब और छोटे किसानों के मुद्दों का उचित निवारण किया जावे, बुजुर्गों, विधवाओं और अक्षम व्यक्तियों के लिये पेंशन और दूसरी सामाजिक सुरक्षायें सुनिश्चित की जावे और उनका आकार बढाया जावे।

CPI sent memorandum to the President on the poor and laborers

Bikaner, (samacharseva.in). The Communist Party of India on Tuesday sent a memorandum to the President through the Sustainable Administration detailing the government’s neglect on the plight of migrant laborers and poor people as part of its National Wide Day of protest.

In the delegation who gave the memorandum, the District cum Secretary of the Communist Party of India, Bikaner, CO. Abdul Rahman Kohari, CO. Of Naujawan Sabha Sarju Gehlot and CO of Red Flag Taxi Union (AITUC) Mangtu Ram, CO of All India Trade Union (AITUC), Bikaner. Prasanna Kumar Sharma, employee and labor leader Avinash Chandra Vyas, Mahesh Joshi, Advocate Basant Vyas, Advocate Alok Parashar etc. were included. Officials and activists of the Communist Party of India and people’s organizations took to the District Collector office with several demands for migrant laborers to run more trains and buses, not to tamper with labor laws, to undermine MGNREGA workers. Demonstrations were also performed.  Abdul Rahman Kohari said that a demonstration has been done in front of the District Collector office in support of the demand. They told that due to the epidemic of Korana, the work of millions of laborers of the country has been snatched away, and the workers have become disillusioned. They have no food. No money to reach your home.

It has become difficult for him to live by his family. Despite all this, the government is ignoring their plight. India’s economy has fallen ill due to the neo-liberal policies of the Central Government. Kohari said that the crisis of Korana has increased it even more. Kohari said that the party demanded that more trains and buses be run for the migrant laborers in which food and water should be provided to them, 10 thousand rupees should be given to all laborers as traveling allowance. MNREGA should not be weakened and the working hours should be increased under it and adult members of each family should be paid on time. Employment and housing should be guaranteed in urban areas, no condition should be laid for giving ration, no tampering with labor laws, issues of poor and small farmers in rural areas should be redressed properly, elders , Pensions and other social security for widows and disabled persons should be ensured and their size increased.
